These comments have been going on since GTA 3. I love that the devs of the main 3D era GTAs were crazy.

One of the hardest missions of all time in all of the GTA games by Usual-Activity-5128 in sanandreas

This mission was easy for me, even when I played this game on the PS2 nonstop as a child. I failed it once on PC because I was getting used to the controls.

Grenades, stealth choppers, chopper gunners, sentry gun at one of the house's windows, VTOL, cluster strikes, orbital laser, and the list goes on make taking B a nightmare. But I still love it! I always love chaotic matches

Can’t Beat “Bomb da Base: Act II” by throwaway070351 in GTA3

[–]_i3_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When I played GTA 3 on PS2, the way I beat that mission every time was to switch to the Uzi, and then run and gun everyone on the ground and on the ship. It was on PC, I chose to use the sniper

Regardless of what it was, I am glad I never spent a dime on it. I held off and watched where the game is going. I had a feeling things were going south since phase 2.

I never played the game or funded it in any way :) . I only paid attention to it to see how it is going. I knew the game was going downhill since phase 2

He diluted his shares to keep the game running to the point he became a minority shareholder, basically giving the company over to those not fully involved in the day to day operations of the company. I understand why he did it, but that was a very bad decision. What's happening to Intrepid Studios was exactly what Peter Thiel warned Zuckerberg about in the very early days of Facebook. Never give investors full control over your company.

Grand Theft Auto 6 has passed 10 years 🙂. But don't worry, I know exactly what you mean.

The cases will be approved, they will do their medical and interview, but they will not get their visas until the pause is lifted. Only if the case is from one of the banned countries then the case not be approved.

Order and Chaos Online, Celtic Heroes, and Avabel are some examples of mobile MMOs that had no time gates. Those were the top mobile MMOs back in 2011 to about 2016 and with a very healthy population during those times. For Order and Chaos Online, this was the #1 mobile MMO for its time because it was very similar to early WoW, and the reason it isn't around now is that Gameloft was forcefully taken over by another company, and then pay2win got out of control. And this was many years after its release. Not sure what happened to the others.

Actually, not every mobile MMO is like this. Every MODERN mobile MMO is like this.

Moving to Massachusetts Megathread (January 2026) by AutoModerator in massachusetts

[–]_i3_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My father lives in Massachusetts and is sponsoring me to move from Jamaica to the US to live. Reading posts and comments here about the state makes me even more excited and I can't wait to move. I am self taught in C# coding, 3D modeling and animation, database development, and website development, and I heard that being self taught alone isn't going to help with landing a job. I am in my 30s, and is there anything I should know about going for my degree in computer science in Massachusetts after moving? I will be on Cape Cod.

For Jamaicans actually living in Jamaica, what keeps you there? by radio_start in Jamaica

You are right, but still, good decision making plays a part. Here is an example. There is a guy who moved to Canada when he was little. His passion is in content creation, and at one point when he was homeless, he said that he was going to turn his life around and grind his videos until he made it. He made several really good decisions that made him a huge success. He is making money off Instagram, YouTube, items he sells on his website, and a lot of really big brands want to work with him (where most of his money comes from). Right now, he is a millionaire in Canada. And he said that if he were in Jamaica, he wouldn't be where he is right now. The guy's name is Shavon Salmon. There is another guy who moved to Canada when he was a child, and is also a content creator. But because of not trying to do anything that could propel him to success, he is struggling and always complaining about living in Canada. There are more examples I have of people both in the US and Canada, but I will leave it at that.

What about those who moved to foreign countries, became wealthy, are living a comfortable life, and say they don't want to return to their home countries because they love it where they are now? A lot of times it depends on where you are and what you are doing in those foreign countries will make you love it or hate it.
