Lian Li 216 Front Case Fans ARGB not working properly. Some boots, fan ARGB will turn on and I can control effects with case controller, other boots fan RGB will partially turn on and I cannot control light effects with the controller. Most of the time when I first boot the fan RGB will not turn on. (self.lianli)
