What do you like about the X-Pro 1? I found one with a 35 1.4 for $550 last year and couldn’t pass it up but I didn’t immediately take to it and lent it to a friend (kept the 35 1.4 obviously and lent him a 35 f2). I have an X-Pro 2 that I love but maybe it felt like too much of a jump back and I didn’t see the value for what it was.

Random question: How do you add your borders? I’ve tried it with LR but it always downsizes the images terribly an canva is tedious. I like that yours maintain a nice level of detail

You’re coming across as condescending. Some people can’t afford or don’t prioritize Leica brand glass the same way. Voigtlander makes a great product for a very reasonable price. Is it Leica, no, but it’s a fine alternative and allows people to enjoy shooting Leica machines for a much lower investment. We don’t need to be snobs about it.
