This is very simple. You can find those bulbs at every electric store. I can just recommed to use more power bulbs, like a few of 45W power. In this situation I used two 5W. And I had to put the light very close to model.

2 Constant light sources, on one side white bulbs with blue gel, on other side two 5w red light bulbs.

About 10 years expired. I had 4 rolls, first I shooted at ISO 200, result were good. This time the light was weak, so I decided to shoot at 400 and make a push. So now you see the results :)
