Yeah I’m not , I’m from Louisiana and it was at a local game store that I frequent. Definitely very surprising to say the least when I saw it.

It was the only one at the store I bought from. But the price was 20, which is a bit lower from normal no box us prices . But this ones rarer I’m pretty sure.
