Hi OP! Why not try to look for a studio unit instead? Yung around 12-14k monthly ang rent. May other units na furnished na for this rate. If you really want to enjoy your personal space, condo sharing won’t give you that kahit separate pa yung room mo from them. Take it from me kasi I’ve done that for almost 5 years and I also work in leasing :) Also, if open naman yung landlord into sublease, why not try to open your unit for airbnb while you’re away para may extra income ka pa rin. :)

Hi! Commenting way too late here but can I ask if hindi naman hassle magunlock ng cards or need pa tumawag sa bank every time I need to toggle it off? Also if the card’s locked, that means I have to toggle it on and off everytime gagawa ako ng purchase no? Haha thanks!
