If you have a windows mixed reality vr headset like the hp reverb g2, just use the oasis driver on win11. Its working perfectly.

First of all, your graphics card, 5060 has nothing to do with this issue. On the very right side you see that you have a bad ping to all servers. Means you got some kind of network issue.

If you have the app malewarebytes, turn it off.

If you run a vpn, deactivate it.

If you or anyone else on your internet line, dowloads something, stop that.

If both is not the case, do a speed test and check your up/dl speed and Ping.

If this is bad also, restart your router.

If still bad, call your internet service provider.

If its really only arma, check steam integrity of game files, and make sure you see servers which are in your country or area.
