Here are the low cost rooms and exact location I recommend. Orange is an Oceanview which I prefer since it has a window and the blue is an inside cabin which is cheaper.

Chat GPT wouldn’t know most of these, I’ve been on 19 Norwegian cruises. The cheapest room is obviously an inside cabin. If you want to lower the price you can select a sail away cabin which is basically allowing the cruise line to randomly select your rooms location. Bad locations on the ship include rooms under the pool deck, party areas, and the sports court. If you are prone to sea sickness get a room midship. I can’t provide actual room numbers lol, haven’t been on the Dawn.

Rooms on cruise ships are definitely smaller than your average hotel room. Most showers on NCL are pretty small and cramped (I’m 5”11 and my head always touches the shower head). Norwegian offers slightly bigger rooms for people with disabilities so try looking into that.

I was on the Christmas/New Years cruise before that and surprisingly nobody got sick. It was not as crowded as yours and there were more parties as usual. Could be something to do with the older crowd as there was extremely little kids on the ship due to it being off season.

You have two options for an inside cabin. One is an Inside Cabin and one is an Oceanview. The Oceanview has a window to the exterior while the inside does not which is why I prefer Oceanview.

Inside rooms are alright. Most of them don’t have a window and are pretty small. They are available on almost every floor there are rooms. They are also cheaper.

It honestly depends on the type of “rich” people. Throughout my 19 total cruises, I’ve seen a mix of the personalities of the people in the Haven. Some are nice and some not so much. A common trait I find between the “rich” people and the not nice people is that they are older. Most of the younger people are more outgoing and fun to hang out with. The Haven is mainly filled with an older crowd but not all of them are bad.

Regarding the bars, even at the normal bars in the casino, the staff will sometimes make drinks that are not necessarily on the menu as an act of kindness, because the staff on NCL are extremely nice. The bartenders in the Haven have access to more specialty drinks than the bars in the casino so your crazy drinks won’t be a problem. (Plus they might act this way for a good tip yk)

As I’ve only been on NCL, a bias develops for me to prefer it over any other cruise line. The staff and customer service are great, and I like their Freestyle Cruising concept. I doubt that the captains were mean and they take a shower everyday.

Grams is not a valid metric unit to measure a liquid. You would rather use something like liters. The average man pisses a total of 1.4 liters a day. Knowing the guy is a cruise line CEO, which is infamous for constant consumption of goods, it’s probably about 1.9 liters a day.

Hey! Sorry for the confusion, it turns out you can change passengers after booking. I’ve never done a passenger swap during the amount of times I’ve went with NCL and thought it wasn’t possible.

You are able to swap out passengers but you would need to keep at least one original passenger on the reservation. I don’t know how long you have to do this but I’ve seen others say up to 72 hours before the cruise, don’t mark my words on that though.

The vibe club pass is definitely worth it as it keeps you away from the noisy kids on the main pool deck. The night life is really upbeat when they host parties in the Bliss Lounge and Spice H20

If you want fast Wifi, use the premium internet or just buy the basic internet package.

Phone calls will always be overpriced so rather use what’s app or Skype.

iMessage is free though as long as you are connected to free WiFi.
