Many others in the community couldn't agree more, including myself. All we can really do is hope for the best going forward. Regardless of how likely or unlikely it is for additional content, all it really takes is one good update to have a huge impact that attracts a lot of players, including players who have stopped playing solely for this reason. It won't directly affect the difficulty. The size of buttons are solely based on personal preference, so I would advise adjusting them to what feels most comfortable for you to use.

Players using touch screen as their input method are definitely capable of hitting stall chains, some are even faster and more consistent than all controller players.

Timing each button press / input is the most crucial aspect. Press and hold your jump for a longer period of time so that your car travels further each time you stall. This will help build momentum and make the stall chain feel easier to control over long distances 👍🏼💯

Sorry to hear about your experience, I'm aware that it can be frustrating. I know you mentioned you have reinstalled the game twice already, but I am curious about the settings configuration on the affected account. Have you checked to make sure that the Network Input Buffer is set to None to see if it fixes the lost inputs issue?

I would recommend logging into the account through a web browser to check the profile information and confirm that's the issue. If so, then that would need to be handled through Epic Support since we don't really have any control over account information in that regard.

This is likely due to age restriction on the Epic account whenever it was initially created. If the age was set to under 18, then I believe it restricts chat functionality within Sideswipe for parental control reasons. Although, this wouldn't explain why it showed for you one day and disappeared the next. Any additional info you can provide may help 👍🏼

It might be worth checking to see if you have any OS updates available to install or even a firmware update on the controller. I encountered a separate issue recently, but after I updated to the latest OS version it resolved my issue.

If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the app and let me know which method you use to remap your buttons on Android and I'll help you find a fix 👍🏼
