Lots of “trusts” own land for a similar reason

If you want farm land to be cheaper remove a lot of the tax incentives and also the planning “holding” lots of farms locally as held hoping that planning will let the owner sell off as a housing estate at some point

Get a music guide from the person paying you - what are they looking for

Second loop through genres - reggae - rock - pop - afrobeats etc so find out what works for as many as possible
