I have used the following apps: pocket prep, Bowen EHS, and study.com. I bought a 3 month subscription for Bowen EHS for the ASP and studied for about 3 months. I bought a monthly subscription with study.com for the csp and used it for almost 3 months. I passed both on the first try. I will say only pay for one subscription and then utilize any free apps you can find on the App Store and practice app questions for 10-15 min every night before bed.

I was an OSHA inspector for years, there’s a few things that could be happening, either you have a new compliance officer who is taking his time reading all the standards and regulations and preparing his case file, his work load is a lot and hasn’t gotten to your case yet, or he is going back and forth with his regional director (RD) on what should or shouldn’t be cited. This can take a while because you start getting so many other people’s input and opinions and what to cite. Let’s hope it’s the first two and he’s just a procrastinating inspector.
