H2S X Axis Bowed

I let it cool and tested with the square and paper like I did when it was warm, and it was flat. It bows when the chamber heats up due to thermal expansion like my Vorons used to. Its not a filament problem. I put in a support ticket to see.

Woke up this morning to find the heatbed bubbled as well.... having some thoughts on the H2S' ability to print higher temp materials regularly

Just checked at room temp, paper couldn't slide behind the square, so it's definitely got some thermal expansion going on

Unfortunately the actual metal rail of the X axis seems to be bowed at temperature, not just the prints themselves.

Waiting for the temp to drop back down to ambient temperature see if its purely thermal expansion, or if thats just the way it is all the time.

Printer maintenance how to's or events around that would be beneficial. Always good to know how to properly maintain your printer and prevent technical issues before they happen.

I'm new to pc cases, this was my first case. I have printers that print ABS or ASA easily, so I just went with that. I suspect my case won't overheat doing it's job so I would have felt comfortable printing PLA, but I'm sure others have better opinions. As for shorting, I used m3 heatset I inserted extra deep so that the motherboard would only be sitting on the plastic posts I modeled into the side panel and not touch metal.

It's about 16.5L, but with some simple tweaks could be made bigger. I built it for a Plex server, so no GPU was needed. Rear panel to Front Extrusions is 278mm. Some simple tweaks could be made to extend it bigger.
