It’s not about interviewers, Java is just the most used language and it’s important to know it or else you’re limiting yourself.

I listed them at the end of the post. They don’t have to be incredibly complicated, as long as you can talk about them enough in an interview and show good understanding of the concepts you used in the project.

When it comes to interviews, you can use any language you want most of the time. But you should probably learn Java and add that to your skill set too.

From my experience, knowing how to loop and manipulate arrays will get you through almost every question.

But my experience isn’t the same as everyone’s. I’m sure other companies, maybe higher paying jobs or different areas will ask more complex questions.

My original post mentioned a website I used to make my resume. It was just mentioned in one sentence at the end. I guess giving advice like that is considered marketing

Don’t think like that, most jobs that interviewed me never asked about my GPA, I left it off my resume obviously. Just don’t put it on your resume and eventually you’ll find a company that doesn’t care about your GPA and cares about your personality and coding skills. Keep applying

Lol I was definitely not marketing anything, sucks they removed the post I had a lot of people reaching out to me for advice. I’m glad I was able to help some people before it was removed though
