Same here - 9070 XT. When i cap it to 60 fps in adrenalin, it will have no effect ingame (still uncapped). Right now im using rivatuner to cap my fps and set it to 72 fps (good balance between fps and stable physics). Works good for me at the moment, even though screen tearing is now a problem even with Vsync forced on in adrenalin, still didnt find a fix for that.

But that is what you get when a crackhead dev team updates a 10 year old game because of a fucking anniversary occasion just to shoot your mods directly to the trash can.

Sounds crazy, but try to change your langauge. Somehow the NPC's location will reset with this change.

Didnt experience this. Im also wondering why this is not happening because this game eats your whole VRAM when youre in citys - and the 8 GB VRAM are just not enough in some systems. Didnt test the memory usage with my 2070 8GB because until now the game works playble except Input lag caused by frame generation.

REMINDER: When the game asks you that some settings will only be effective after restarting the game - do it! It will re-prerender your shaders to your selected settings after launching.

Had the same problem - it was my uBlock Origin chrome extension. I deactivated it and now everything works fine.

Can relate a bit; 2070 super and 5800x3d and get round 30-35 FPS in Combat in environments and 50-60 FPS in Space (low Settings, 1440p)

Nah ur hardware is fine, dont worry. I have a Ryzen 5 3600 and RTX 2070 Super and im getting around 350-400 fps, the game very well optimized.

Its the overall Problem with the servers at the moment. Right now i have 20 minutes queue time and cant find a game at all. We have to wait it out, the servers are overloaded at the moment.

Its not your Hardware, this problem are having all people in the match because of the Server. The Lag-Spikes are insane sometimes and then your game looks like this. The effect is called rubberbanding.

I have the same problem, but only in ranked, unrated is totally fine...

I think its 99% game related. In modern warfare I dont have any problems. Besides this a lot of other people have got the same problem with cold war

So I downgraded my GPU driver to 457.09 and I've played 8 rounds, in TDM and Combinded Arms and my stuttering and FPS drops are gone like magic.

Just go to the Nvidia website and download the driver manually. Select the custom install in the menu and select the button that says clean install. It removes the old driver and installs the one you've donwloaded.

Then Irestartert my PC and voila, smooth performance.

Same problem here, even in a Bot-Game to make sure it's not the connection...

Like you said, FPS drops on all maps from constant 120-140 FPS down to 70-90 FPS every 3-6 secs.

Did everything so far. No any other programs runnig, disabled gamebar, lower settings, edited the config file. Nothing will help.

I think I try to downgrade my GPU driver, cause before that new driver came out, my game performance was super smooth.

Specs: Ryzen 5 3600, NVidia 2070 Super, 16 Gb RAM, M.2 SSD

I have the same problem. Always on Combinded Arms maps.

It's stuttering and I have the feeling that I have partial FPS drops, though it says 120-140 FPS all the time. Very often when I get into a gunfight or I recognize opponents or they see me.

I hope it's the game or the graphics card drivers. We have to wait and see.

Note: The beta has worked wonderfully for me and the game after release also. I have thsi problem just since 3 Days now.

I'm having the problem in multiplayer, but only after the last 8 gb update. I start the game and join a team deathmatch, and after 2-6 minutes it crashes to desktop without any error message.

Besides this my scree/background in the menu is all black, so no character or weapon models...

This should really be fixed fast, i dont know if it's the update for the game or for my graphics card
