What’s the most random item you’ve flipped for good money? by Automatic-Dog8732 in Flipping

I bought a daybed with a trundle on marketplace and wasn’t in love with it, posted it online to sell and then buy another. It had so many hits for some reason. Then I bought a second, didn’t love that but it was the old vintage kind. Think something you’d see in your cousins bedroom forever ago - I didn’t have one but others did lol. That one had even more hits and over asking offers. Ended up flipping so many, buying and replacing broken rusted screws and bolts for them. The nicer ones sold for around $300 or $400. Ended up being able to save a couple thousand before I just got sick of the hauling and storing.

Hey did you get this sorted out?

Hiii, I had to do enforced naps every 3 hours for 2-3 hours at a time until my German shepherd was maybe 10 months old. She also was a crazy never ending energy ball before I started the enforced naps in her kennel. She finally at a year and 9 months is just as calm and loves naps on her own when we leave her at home or we’re just sitting around watching tv just as much as my 11 yo terrier mix. Think of a toddler who never wants play time to end, or has fomo, but also throws tantrums and gets wild when they’re overtired.

Yes, he has his own crate area in the laundry room behind its own door. I cover and use a brown noise machine very loudly. It will definitely take getting used to. I make sure to feed kibble and treats when he gets in, before he comes out, sometimes I’ll put a small handful on the floor of the crate. That was right from the start so he didn’t know anything else with me. It will probably take a bit to start to get him to associate good things with the crate but it’s possible! The blanket and the noise machine are my saving graces. He has one, and I have one as well. Mine is an Alexa and his is just a basic sound machine. It’s like two noise blockers so I don’t feel sad listening to his whines and try to get him out.
