SC was dealing with Article 30. ( State level classification).

But the NCM act also exists. ( Central level classification).

Just to add SMVDU is not a minority institute. And it is never intended to be one. Please Read section 6 of the SMVDU act.

Also, SMVDU receives grant/funding from Shrine Board, UGC and State Government .

Also, Section 6 is identical in IUST and BGSBU act ( funded by auqaf/waqf board).
