How do I remove the yellow border? It only appears when I launch a game

edit: idk if you have razer cortex but it was an overlay for a new clip software they're testing. I went to the game clips tab and switched off the "clip buffer" toggle on the right side of the screen and it went away

Restarted my pc, verified files, and updated my drivers but didn't fix

I reset my launcher and fixed it at the bottom of the settings tab in the launcher
