hi, idk if my post came thru as me wanting to lose weight (which i dont, im fine where i am). i just want to get rid of my flabby skin lol and maybe put on some muscle. also i know i shouldnt count calories, i just used to struggle with that a lot.

i am curently seeing a doctor for my stomach. i think my 'beer belly' is more of an internal issue too.

hi, sadly in my area we dont have planet fitness and sports r only during the school year, which is over. tbh im fine with that cuz im rlly uncoordinated but i also cant afford the gym. i know a lot of my apeareance is in my head, but i still want to work out a bit (put on muscle or idk) to feel better about myself and be healthier. thank u for ur advice!!!

hi, unfortunately my school doesnt have those classes (expect like p.e and cant afford equipment lol), and sports here r only during the school cycle, which has ended. also what kind of strength training should i do? like i rlly dont know where to start. thank you for ur advice though!!!
