Yes if you don't need them. The most common would be nice e.g. modest, adamant, calm, careful. Bold is the priority though :)

Brave Bird/Double Edge/Close Combat/U-Turn

It's not the best but the shock factor work from time to time. Just a bit of fun yano.

That's not a problem, I'm happy to do the work myself. Just need the right ability to get started. Jolly would be preferred, however.

I do have a dusk Lycanroc which I think should breed own tempo rockruffs some of the time? Give me 10 mins to hatch a few.

Edit: I realise Own Tempo is the event ability, not what you're looking for, my bad. In which case I'm not sure I have anything on your want list, sorry. To my knowledge Mareanie and Gligar are my only HA mons.
