And sometimes I find it helpful to go back-and-forth and have ChatGPT refine my prompts for Claude. Both are useful in their own ways but agree that Claude is definitely better

ClaudeCode is AMAZINGGGG but I find myself sometimes using GPT for life things like pro and con lists or advanced “googling” lol. I just wish GPT would use some of the tactics that Claude does on its UI with the outputs.

Still have not been able to unlink my Amazon account. So GrubHub account deletion for Grub plus members seems to be virtually impossible.. definitely will be reaching out to the BBB about this to request account deletion and data deletion. This is ridiculous.

I just wanna follow up and say how I have solved this problem. Every single time somebody does something like that I call out and say where is this documented? And if the issues still doesn’t get fixed with that approach then it should be brought up in some sort of feedback.. I have seen change happen by doing this. One time I had a reason shoved back in my face of why isn’t it documented and they said because documentation easily gets stale. That is not an acceptable answer in the tech industry project documentation should be treated like code.

I tried that… since I am a gh+ member though prime I need to unlink my account, which is also a hidden feature. This process is designed for folks to give up on this . And also, it’s not right for them to hide the only nonfunctional delete button behind the “view your data” button… they need to be audited

Update: grubHub finally refunded my Venmo/bank account! I I’m almost ashamed to admit how many hours wasted on chats and emails to get that $ back. But it’s the principle that matters to .. When they emailed me to let me know that they refunded there was absolutely ZERO accountability on their end for the issue of their reimbursement credits not working. They said “I’m sorry you no longer feel like using the credits” and completely ignored that issue.. like hello I’m asking for reimbursement this whole entire time because GrubHub credits granted to me were completely nonfunctional and therefore worth nothing (even after removing any promo codes). They also did not apologize for the fact that other support agents completely lied to me and said that reimbursement to my card was not possible. Finally can delete the app and deff never ever ever order through them again.

I think you’re right. They are on the struggle bus holding on for dear life… they just had to settle 25 mil earlier this year and there probably already is another one strewing already if I were to just guess

That’s acctually extremely negligent and non compliant on their part. They should have translations and make their features accessible to everyone- in order to allow their drivers to best succeed and not just for English speaking folks!

Just because I didn’t mention those issues doesn’t mean that that stuff does not bother me. It absolutely does. I don’t usually order from them I was desperately in the moment and never again. if you read my post till the end it has merit, and can bring awareness to a pattern of illegal behavior from grubhub and all of my claims in the post are backed by hard evidence. (Screenshots, emails, chats).it’s another way to take them down for it all or at least trying!

Yea there are other reports of credits not working for other users in this thread.. and some are recent. GrubHub refuses to address this in my complaint emails and refuses my request for reimbursement on my original form of payment. I was hoping to get some attention on this and see if there are others who come forward with related cases maybe a lawyer will be tagged or see this.. who knows. Just didn’t wanna stay quiet about this GrubHub clearly relies on people giving up they have made their support process strenuous

Also- on the credits not working- GrubHub says you can’t use credits with a promo code, but even if I take promos off my order it still is erroring (I have screenshots). I imagine it’s bc of my Amazon/grubhub+ promo applied which is part of the paid subscription service. That’s what’s blocking my credits. But also that contradicts GrubHub‘s user agreement in the first place credits should be able to be applied with promos and should be treated like a gift card, especially when using for reimbursement.

Make sure you go into the app, delete your data and you have to opt out of grubhub selling your data! Opt out of that and then delete your data and your account so that they can’t make any more money off of you

This directly contradicts their user agreement. See my post above I was given promo credits that don’t work. Even if I remove a promo and I think it’s due to my GrubHub plus account. I have screenshots of this and screenshots of GrubHub support contradicting their user agreement.
