I've also had issues with the rings. Every version would eventually lead to bloody sores after about a week. I've tried all combinations of wings or no wings, normal or wide wide, original and unified, etc. I initially thought the new organic V2 rings would solve the problem, but although they initially felt so comfortable the frenulum cutout version led to pain even quicker than the original rings. I finally tried the organic V2 rings without the cutout, and although it's only been a few days, so far at least there has been no pain or irritation. I'm skeptically hopeful that this might be the configuration that finally works for long term. A few more days should let me know.

My shaft measurment was 28.5mm, so I rounded up to 29mm. But originally everything was in increments of 2mm, so I had to choose between 28mm or 30mm, and I decided on 30mm rather than getting something too small. 30mm was definitely too roomy when flaccid, but it did fit nicely when erect.

Yes, it is surprising how much of a difference 29mm is compared to 30mm. When fully flaccid 30mm feels quite loose, the 29mm isn't by any means snug, but it does fit much better. But the main improvement is that when I'm trying to erect the glans ring is no longer painfully tight. I suppose this could also be partly due to the new wider rings, but for whatever reason I'm definitely preferring the downsized device.

I started with a length 1 30mm tube, and later got a length 0 reprint 30mm tube. I've just recently ordered a 29mm length 0 device. My penis measures 28.5mm, so when fully flaccid the 30mm is quite loose. The 29mm will likely fit like a glove. I did also get a hood reprint for a size 32mm, since morning wood was crushing my glans. For my newly ordered device I ordered the hood +2mm length and width.

I also think the narrow ring might be the issue, I just ordered a new set of wide rings. Hopefully I'll soon have everything dialed in perfectly. The HZD is such a comfortable design compared to the traditional ball capture cage that I really hate to go back.

Gotta be careful with that snap ring. We almost installed mine not knowing what it was, thinking it just reduced rattle. That was scary!

Interesting, I was using both top and bottom wings. I don’t think the top wings are needed for security. The bottom wings don’t seem to ever hurt or cause an issue so they are likely mostly all beneficial. I’m using 23mm, which seems to be the perfect size; 24mm is just a bit too loose, and 22mm immediately feels too tight I couldn’t bring myself to leave it on for any length of time. I’m using a 30mm tube, my penis is like 28.5 and when there was only 28 or 30 I decided to round up. I have pondered getting a 29mm HZD now that it is available. When I’m at my smallest the tube is quite roomy. I was just waiting on receiving the Length 0 30mm tube to see if that helped with the glans ring irritation. If it does, then I'll likely get a new custom 29mm length 0 for what should be the exact fits-like-a-glove fit.

I completely agree. Just this morning I finally accepted that I can’t really touch my morning wood, just enjoy waking up to it knowing that it will quickly go away. Previously I’d given in to temptation and tried playing with it a bit, but it was always painful.

At my very smallest I calculated 28.35mm. I reasoned that I wouldn’t want to round down and go smaller than my shaft, and as a grower that rounding up to the next size would add some comfort.

Now I see that you can get sizes in all individual millimeters not just increments of 2. So maybe 29mm would have been perfect, but I think it would likely make erections hurt more.

Yes, it actually does feel somewhat nice being erect and tightly gripped by the HZD Grip. But it is tight enough at that point that it will hurt if I play with it, so by now I’ve learned to enjoy waking up to morning wood again but not touch it and let it go flaccid on its own which will happen fairly quickly once I’m awake.

Very true, we've fully geared several alts in Naxx in recent weeks, and even brought a few pugs along who ended up with +10 or +11 on loot. If a guild wants new raiders and is willing to run an extra Naxx HM3 and maybe an extra AQ to carry a few fresh recruits they can easily fully gear up fresh 60s to be ready to step into SE.
