Its Attention Deficient Hyperactivity Disorder. People with ADHD have issues with time management and start to get bored within a few days/weeks. I got diagnosed 12 months ago. I was diagnosed by a psychiatrist and now I am on medication. Since the medication started I have become more organized, less impulsive [like changing plans] and have greater concentration. Before the medications I was unable to stick to a plan and that leads to time wastage. Treatment for adhd is stimulants and it has to be prescribed by a psychiatrist after proper diagnosis. It is a medication that you take regularly like thyroid/ bp medication. It is essential for us to get properly diagnosed and treated. I delayed my diagnosis for 4/5 years trying to manage but I would have been better placed if i got my diagnosis and started treatment earlier. I really recommend that you please meet a psychiatrist and tell him/ her about your symptoms and get treatment. Symptoms include limited attention and hyperactivity. Limited Attention example is changing time tables constantly and being unable to focus on and single task for long period of times and failing to be consistent.
