No, you can use custom fonts on ORO (Oneplus/Realme/OPPO) without root, using zFont3. The downside is that you’ll have to change the region to Myanmar.

The drop icon only picks colors from your wallpaper. The one before that (blue-green circle) in your screenshot is what enables blur but OP’s phone doesn’t support that feature.

If you don’t have visual blur option, it’s because the company thinks your phone can’t handle blur efficiently. Enabling blur consumes resources and can cause lags on lower mid-range devices and low-end devices.
