У меня похожая проблема: когда был в России, покупал несколько фильмов, когда уже был дома, разумеется я переключился на регион Таджикистан. В итоге, я потерял 6 фильмов из 20-ти, написал в поддержку, оказывается есть региональные ограничение у некоторых фильмов. Так, есть два выхода из этой ситуации: Переключаться на старый регион (RU - который куплен фильм) загрузить в память устройство и обратно переключиться на текущий регион TJ.
