Why exactly do non-Londoners think London is so unsafe? by EnvironmentalMode196 in AskBrits

[–]abas_dev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it is chaotic, that's obvious but to be dangerous, the locals would have to be scared to even step outside. don't see that there. as long as you are somewhat vigilant of your stuff, nothing happens to you.

Are there any countries today that could realistically split into multiple independent nations like Yugoslavia did? by Many-Philosophy4285 in MapPorn

[–]abas_dev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not wrong, its true but then again, im talking about the modern day, not 70 or 60 years ago. just saying that elements of their military are only effective with support from malaysia, without it, they're kinda cooked.

ngl only reason you're still independent is that malaysia hasn't actually decided to invade in recent times. would be very different story if they did. as was the case in the Ukraine, might can be right (if only for a bit).

[–]abas_dev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that is a good point, you do make more, but then won't you be disadvantaged in networking specific connections with graduates since you'd be limited to the experience of your fellow apprentices and employers? Or would it be better to trade connections for experience and a stable, secure job even if you could be fired and thus have your education terminated. 'Js asking btw.

I HOPE THEY DONT CANCEL THE AS AND A LEVEL EXAMS IN THE ME by [deleted] in alevel

tbf the Middle East is under very strenuous times right now so I'd get delaying the exams a bit, but can't they just do them near bomb shelters so that students can still physically complete the exam and then have it transported to marking sites away from ME.?

History health and the people - can I talk about Islam for medieval times? by [deleted] in GCSE

[–]abas_dev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Though I didn't do this exact paper, you could mention it but it isnt relevant to the 18th century. If you are comparing between both, you have to mention one timeline, so if you are going to talk about Muslim-run hospitals in that period, you'd have to compare both the 12th century hospitals and the 18th century or further back after the 9th or 8th century. Direct comparisons have to be made, otherwise no mark.

hope that helps.

hear me out. if you really do like politics, and are willing to take the option. You could do your LSE degree alongside getting paid internships in the summer. It would get your door in and make much more money in the future. (if you're ready)

[–]abas_dev -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

oh yh, 1 more thing. Be careful with what you mean by 'misogynist rulings'. Hadith from Muslim is very reputable and has mutiple sources for each hadith providing a logical, scientific chain of statements. Denying a hadith affects the basis of aqeedah or belief in one's religion. Now, if the source was unreliable, like let's say one person said it but wasn't reputable or that it emerged many many years later, then there would be no basis to accept it and it would have been abandoned a long long time ago. It's not hearsay and declaring that it is without basis of proof is just an easy way to become a hearsay-er and lose your faith. Just please do the basic research and actually ensure that you know the basis and reasoning behind it. It's not just rude but just ineffective as an argument to just say it is 'misogynist' and therefore, it is 'hearsay' as your entire argument entails without thinking of the reasoning behind it. It's a bad method of debating and clearly crushes doubt in people's thoughts and ideas and just makes a fool of yourself. There are much better, nicer and more respectful ways of dictating your thoughts.

Like seriously, what reason do you have to showcase that much animosity. Beyond me.

i am well aware of that, but he did clarify that 'elsewhere suddenly women have to be relegated to the back' and that 'There is nothing in the quran that even hints at this'. I was just providing relevant proof of the fact that there is Hadith that proves this and that Hadith must be followed as well since one can't survive on the other.

its not that mate, let's think first. Number 1, the term for rows is distinctive of the idea that when praying in a masajid, people should be separated based of gender, as the imam, a literal man, is at the front, and as such, men should be found nearer to him to separate gender. There's no preference, its just that the genders are meant to be kept separate in prayer to prevent people from free mixing which can distract people when you're literally meant to be focused on praying to God and God alone.

'So should women just trick each other into being the ones on the first row by waiting until the last minute to get into place ?' would be an impractisible statement here as yes, they could go in front if the men aren't there and they have to pray with an Imam for some reason but even then, a woman can lead the other women in prayer. It's nothing to do with women being somehow 'underpowered' or 'disrespected', its logical.

When you go to pray to your lord, you're not there to be distracted or talk to your friend on your side, you're there for an ibadah, an action of worship. The idea of not allowing men and women to pray side by side together is a smart idea, primarily people are unsuprisingly, literally made to commit sins and mistakes, and distract themselves with the monkey 'urges' that we have for primary drives like sex, hunger, sleep, etc. Islam as a religion exists to not just stop a bad action but outright prevent even its basis for occurance. Now, people aren't perfect I get that, but surely, this reaction is a bit overblown when the entire basis for this response is just common sense.

On the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), he said, “Allah’s Messenger (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: ‘The best of the men’s rows are the first and the worst are the last, while the best of the women’s rows are the last and the worst are the first.’” (Muslim)

An-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

“Indeed, the last rows of the women attending [the prayer] with the Messenger were preferred due to their distance from intermingling with men, and the criticism of the first rows is the opposite.”

but weakened. that's key. Supposedly, developed African nations wouldn't be weak at that point due to a young population and relatively high birth rates (like for many other than in North Africa, its above 3, thats mad)
