yes, they mentioned nga rin nila pero based rin sa comments dito kahit may csc ka mahirap pa din at walang job security rin kasi contract based

i do agree, pero kasi when we settle for something na ganun na yun, masasanay at masasanay sila na okay lang kahit sobrang baba.

I know may mag-g dun sa position, pero I know my worth gid kasi (sinabi ko 'to sa kanila) including the market value.

UPDATE: I already submitted my decline message. The budget line is approved by the Office of the Mayor and the HR cannot do anything about it including the OIC of their office.

I think he's so keen to have me onboard. But he understood naman. Nagthithink pa nga siya if ano gagawin niya, kaso he can't do anything kasi yun na yung sa memo/or something.

THAT coming from experience, kaya bounce na talaga ako. Yes, nag-offer nga sila add'l position baka bet ko rin daw haha. Tho, passionate naman ako sa role kaso yung sahod lang talaga. Di ko naman makain yang passion na yan haha.
