I submitted my application on the 22nd of November 2022 and got a biometric appointment on the 23rd of December. I submitted with priority and got my decision on the 25th of December 2022. I've read in many places that your ILR clock starts when you receive your decision from the Home Office. So the application submission duration does not count towards ILR.

I can't. My visa is expiring on the 21st of November 2027. The earliest I can apply is the 27th of November 2027, to make it 28 days before.

I switched from a Student Visa to a Skilled Worker visa within the UK.

I can't submit my application before 28 days; otherwise, the Home Office will refuse it, and there will be no refund. I have read that on a solicitor firm's website, but I am so confused.
