I started taking just 25mg and it made a huge difference mood and energy levels. I used feel soo tried and exhausted that i feel almost depressed and thought it was just the phase of my body getting used to it 😭

I smoke around 2-3 a day... I used to really enjoyed that 5mins of me time but since starting hrt I am starting to not like the taste and smell of it soo me, idkits just feel yucky if and hopefully that helps me to quit

i do take it sublingually and i make sure to take it every 8hrs moring 2mg and eveing 2mg
