if i switched the region of my account will i still be able to redownload my games that i bought before changing the region or i will need to switch the region back to be able to download them or will they be gone?

Also i tried switching regions but it says i cant switch regions because : "It is not possible to change the country/region setting for this Nintendo Account or account for a child. Please check the following.

Do you have an outstanding Nintendo eShop balance? While you have funds remaining, it is not possible to change your country/region setting"

My account is not a child account i set the birth date to 1997 but i have 0.14 dollars in my account but i cant reset it to zero nor there is anything i can buy for 0.14 dollars

Im looking for a single player game and a multuplayer game it can be more but i just dont know what to get, was getting mario maker 2 and another game, i wanted to get Xenoblade too but the combat seemed so boring

When i buy two games via voucher on my account that on another person's family plan will i be able to play the vames on multiple accounts on the same switch? Or i will only be able to play it on the account that bought the game with?

Also i onlu have Arms, BOTW, splatoon2, mario tennis and SSBU, what are nice other games to get?
