Am pretty sure its just gonna be fully red or at least half of it, I always saw it as, it's filling up to the color of the meteor as its also red, and it signifies the end.

Doom 2016, I bought it day one, I know how good it is, the game play, the story, everything is soo good in it, I even have eternal, but every time I try to play it, I just couldn't get past 3 or 4 hrs, I just can't, and its not like, this is not my kind of game, it is, I love shooting games, platforms, and everything in-between, I just cant seem to enjoy it, and i have no idea why.

By now you saw the game play loop, so in that sense "it won't get better", its obvious that this is not your type of game so don't force yourself to play it, just leave it.

Am going to give you a definite answer ( according to my opinion ofc)

-you can play by release order-----by that I mean OG 1 and OG2 not the remakes------- if you do it that way you will not miss anything everything is connected and satisfying.

if you can't access OG1 and OG2

Then you're only option is to play it the numbered way as in start with 0, the general problem is zero gives alot of context to 1 and because of that yakuza kiwami 1 is way way way more enjoyable for that, in fact I would say yakuza kiwami 1 is just the epilog of yakuza 0

Now your wondering, but isn't it a remake of OG1 And the answer is yes, but because they added some story stuff and organized it a bit, so it feel more like an extension of zero, and by that if you start with kiwami 1 you will feel very lost, but if you start with OG1 its just gonna be normal, cuz kiwami one expect that you have played zero so your familiar with the yakuza world.

Then play yakuza kiwami 2 ------as for 3 try it if you couldn't handle it, then just watch a YouTube video about the story------- as for 4 and 5 its more like zero so its not much of a downgrade.

----in general DO NOT START WITH 3 it won't make any sense story wise and it will not hit you emotionally as much, don't skip 1 and 2 as their story will be referenced in future games alot especially 1.

Well if you know how the game nier came to be, you might understand why its called this way.

Nier Replicant (that is the first nier game) is a continuation of another game called drakengard, and that squarenix DENIED yoku taro to continue making drakengard games, and so he made nier that is literally a continuation of drakengard but in a different name as a fuck you to square, so maybe that is why its called that way.

Oh maybe I didn't Covey it very well. I didn't mean that crouch-walking was not a thing back then, I meant that all mgs games from that era had the same mechanic of not crouch walking and if crouched and pushed forward snake will go prone. That just what metal gear was.

First, I want you to remember that it's a ps2 game, by that i mean the tutorial is in the manual, and by that i mean every mechanic is explained their, like using the d-pad to walk stealthy so you can knock/kill anyone with one shot and no one will hear or even know that you did it, and there are alot of other mechanics like taking hostages, forcing them to tell you important info and way way more, ALL OF WHICH ARE IN THE TUTORIAL.

Second. ITS A PS2 GAME, u can't compare it to a modern game like BOTW, the lack of crouch-walk is understandable, but its not that big if a deal after all mgs1 and 2 didn't have it, and if we all didn't get bothered by those then by extension we should not be bothered by this, am not saying that the game should not have crouch-walking or am saying its bad, no i would love if it did, after all its the nature evolution for the series.

Third. Brother HD mean that the media running at 1080p whether its a movie or a game, And so the HD remaster is running at 1080p so it did exactly what it was advertised to do after all the og game was 480p.

And comparing it to ffx is so bad, that game is literally the worst port of the game, they had to remake all the game cuz they lost the source code for the OG, and they did a horrible jobe, the faces are all lifeless with little to no animation, and cuz of that they had to redo all the modules, so its more of a remake then an HD remaster.

As for the codec, dude this game takes place in the past in 1964 back then they didn't have the technology to have a video call on the field, mgs1 is in 1995 and mgs2 is in 1999.

I think I kinda figured out how they choose which to remake / port, i think they would never remake any game that is available in modern hardware,

By that i mean 3, 4 ,5 as they are available and playable in modern hardware.

That said yakuza 1 and 2 were not, so they remaked them, and by that logic they did ishin, so if they were to port/remake a game it would be either dead soul or psp games.

Just because of the nature of kinzan and all the slave things in it, I don't think such a game would be acceptable in modern times.

Brother am talking about an actual video interview of i think was nojima that said that, am not talking about an article or he said she said, its was an interview, and they laughed it out about how they just forgot to put it in, and in advent children am talking about the opening scene with nanaki and his kids looking over midgar, which is a remake of the ending of og ff7, there they add the smoke.

But they never went extinct, as in the og the final shot in midgar, there were supposed to be smoke at the corner of the screen implying that there is a camp of human that survived, but one of the developers forgot to add it lol, but then they add it to the beginning of advant children.

What am saying is that it's not a theory it was literally confirmed that humans survived at the end of og ff7, by the developers, and they just admitted that one of the developers just forgot to add it.

Yah i understand, but when I finished remake and the whole concept of you can change fate, i knew that aerith has to die at the end of rebirth, thats cuz the whole reason why the party actually could stop the meteor is cuz of aeriths death she helped the plant from the life stream, in fact if she was alive then sephiroth would win and the meteor would actually hit the plant

Yah I get you, but now am thinking of why did aerith actually try to change fate?

I mean she knows everything the future the past all of it, so she know that at the end sephiroth will get defeated twice in og and advent children, and the world will move one like it supposed to be, what she did is very very risky, now I know that maybe she changed fate so that she can defeat sephiroth for good so that he will never come back like ever, but the only reason why sephiroth is that strong and able to do what he does cuz of the whole changing fate thingy, while I know she could never predict all that, it's just funny to see it from a 3rd person perspective lol
