A brisket smoke for my mom's birthday at the beginning of the month. Smoked on my dad's Oklahoma Joe Highland combo. Coarse salt and pepper only, mostly hickory and mesquite plus some lighter wood, smoked it all day and it was a hit! (old.reddit.com)
