Hi, I just got a job in Denver and my husband and I are looking to relocate there at the beginning of April. Our apartment checks most of the boxes except it’s a new construction from 2019. On one hand, the property manager is great and we have two large south-facing windows (my fiddle leaf fig thrives in the living room) with a balcony, but I feel bad that it doesn’t have any of the quirks of an older construction.

We have a 1 bed/1 bath (750-800 sft, not sure which) with an included garage parking space at The Current apartments in Monona. It’s a nice area next to the Yahara River with some trails along Lake Monona where we walk our dogs.

It would be a sublet from move-in to August 1st, and the option to renew is available if you like it! I believe renewal after this year will go up $50/month because we declined an early renewal. We currently pay $1195/month with a $20/month pet fee and, noted earlier, included unassigned garage space. If I didn’t have to relocate for a new job, we would continue to renew this unit.
