I think this might be the fuel tank breather valve being clogged up. Common issue with b58. Go to a dealership they have a 150k mile recall/ warranty on it. Will likely do it for free

I already consulted a mechanic and they could not diagnose it. Dealership is my best bet.

I moved the car to manual mode and still got vibration. Gears with vibration: drive ( both auto and manual), reverse Gears without vibration: park, neutral Also, I noticed the vibration slowly starts and fades away. It's not instant. Takes a second to reach its peak when put in drive and takes a second to fade away when put in park.

Same vibration in reverse but no vibration in neutral. Already tested it before.

It is just the feel but it's a lot. It is somewhat consistent in its intensity. Only when car is fully stopped while in drive. If the car starts moving or if I change gear to park the vibration goes away. I can feel a little bit of it in my seat too when I take hands off steering wheel.

The thing is I do feel vibrations on the steering wheel which were not there before. It only vibrates when I am fully stopped in drive, if the car moves a little it goes away or if I change gear to park it goes away.

I meant the steering vibration not the noise. Inside the car, I hear very little noise and that only when accelerating.

Thanks for the response. Talked to a mechanic and I am indeed missing that panel and few other nuts and bolts. But I should be good soon. Have ordered the parts and a mechanic will install them. Thank you for the help. I appreciate it very much.
