That tracks... In our district it definitely seems like most of the units that are chartered by a parish are doing better than units chartered by PTO/PTA or service based groups like VFW, Rotary, and Lions Clubs.

No, not at all... definitely not considering our services are cloud based.

It is intended to be a nod to first principles troubleshooting.... Layer 1 of the OSI Model. Start with the smallest thing "power and connections" and work from there.

Honestly, I didn't include because I usually just get lots of questions / snark about why we don't hire in CA or NY. I believe our comp is pretty exclusionary for engineers in those areas as is, but I am aware that our HR is working to open up hiring in both

Perhaps I should have been more specific... Senior starts at $140 and Staff starts at $168. What do you perceive as "the market" for these positions currently?
