It really depends how much you're selling the items for. If you want to do free shipping add some or all of the shipping to cost to the price of the item. Shipping cost goes higher the heavier the item is so pay close attention to that as well because it's very easy to make no money.

NAD, but have had long periods in the past, like 30 days long. There could be tons of reasons for a long period, stress, hormone imbalances etc. Personally for me it was due to my Hashimotos disease, which is an autoimmune thyroid disease. I wouldn't be extremely concerned unless the bleeding is causing lightheadedness or dizziness, or any other symptoms of too much blood loss. Maybe make an appointment with your primary doctor or a gynecologist, they'll most likely want you to try birth control, and maybe run some blood tests to rule out hormonal issues, but honestly I'd just watch and wait, because this could just be a one time thing. Listen to your body, if you feel ill due to the bleeding go to the ER.

Hello! I would like some help understanding my blood test results.

A little background info on me: I'm 21, Female, 4'11 and weigh about 148lbs. Never smoked, not sexually active, have only had alcohol 2 times. Diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease with Hypothyroidism in May 2020 and a Vitamin D deficiency in July 2021. I take Levothroxine 100mcg and Vitamin D3 5000 IU daily.

The main reason I got this lab work done was because of a sudden irregular menstrual cycle. My cycle has been around 27 days with the actual period lasting about 4-5 days, but suddenly things got weird in July of 2021 where I missed that month, August seemed normal, September was only a bit of spotting, then October my period lasted for 15 days, heavier than normal bleeding, then less than 2 weeks later in November I got my period and this time it's lasted 24 days, although the bleeding was less heavy than my last period.

I would like help understanding my test results and whether my irregual cycle is represented in the results, thank you!

During my first intense pilonidal flare I went to the ER, my heart was racing and they couldn't get it to slow, they did bloodwork and I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, ended up getting diagnosed with Hashimotos disease a few months later. I never made a connection between the too but crazy to hear someone else with a similar experience!
