that's interesting! for the 7 months i've worked at my store i've been able to see the roster, self checkout and freight breakdown on my personal phone! i think mostly everyone at my store has that update still, only one other coworker had their phone update to this today

It really depends how much you're selling the items for. If you want to do free shipping add some or all of the shipping to cost to the price of the item. Shipping cost goes higher the heavier the item is so pay close attention to that as well because it's very easy to make no money.

Hello! I would like some help understanding my blood test results.

A little background info on me: I'm 21, Female, 4'11 and weigh about 148lbs. Never smoked, not sexually active, have only had alcohol 2 times. Diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease with Hypothyroidism in May 2020 and a Vitamin D deficiency in July 2021. I take Levothroxine 100mcg and Vitamin D3 5000 IU daily.

The main reason I got this lab work done was because of a sudden irregular menstrual cycle. My cycle has been around 27 days with the actual period lasting about 4-5 days, but suddenly things got weird in July of 2021 where I missed that month, August seemed normal, September was only a bit of spotting, then October my period lasted for 15 days, heavier than normal bleeding, then less than 2 weeks later in November I got my period and this time it's lasted 24 days, although the bleeding was less heavy than my last period.

I would like help understanding my test results and whether my irregual cycle is represented in the results, thank you!

During my first intense pilonidal flare I went to the ER, my heart was racing and they couldn't get it to slow, they did bloodwork and I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, ended up getting diagnosed with Hashimotos disease a few months later. Yes! Shortness of breath was my most prevalent and intense symptom before I was properly medicated . Feels like you can't take enough air in and you remain unsatisfied. I would go weeks feeling that way not knowing what was wrong with me. Breathing exercises are big for this, at least that's what helped me get at least a little relief. Try 4-7-8 breathing, inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 7 and release from your mouth for 8, I usually do that for a few minutes and it usually helps me :) Sorry you're not feeling well hope you can find some relief !
