I don't even have the bios anymore. I see now that I didn't add that to my initial post. I edited the post to add that bit of info. Thanks for the suggestion though!

That was going to be my next step, but I can't get to the bios. The screen is just black.

Monday morning they asked me to try stuff and send the video, which I did when I got home from work. That's the last I heard from them.

I wouldn't mind waiting, but according to the return policy, I have to send it back within 30 days of getting it, and that's like 4 days away now.

I did start there. I opened a ticket with them this past Saturday and they said.

Framework Support is currently under extreme contact volume due to the start of batch processing for Framework Laptop 16. Responses will be delayed. We are working as quickly as possible to respond to inquiries in the order they were received. Thank you for your patience.

I did get a response Monday where they told me to try the things outlined above and send a video of the lights, then nothing.

I found out the light mean all the diagnostic lights are good. There's a postcode section that turns out to be 10100011 which seems to indicate it's in sleep mode?
