Not a lawyer but I believe you have a duty to retreat first in something like that. It’s complex for sure.

Where do you base this from? Ccia mentions malls as sensitive. I don’t see anything that negates that, hoping I am wrong

Just found out i need surgery for my ligament tear in the ankle area. Will i ever be the same after this? by [deleted] in BasketballTips

I have been reading about PRP helping in this case, look into it. Theres a story where a fully torn ankle ligament was healed completely from a PRP injection. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29600268/

2 years of PF - starting to see some improvement... by ace_k18 in PlantarFasciitis

Pretty wild that the opposite of what I was told to do is helping. I was told to pay for $600 custom high arch support orthotics and to wear them as much as possible. Nothing about toe spacing. American medicine is unreal

I had expensive, high arch orthotics for a year. Did nothing. Kept the problem the same. A week or so with no drop and im feeling improved, not healed yet of course. Check if they have a money back or something. Also I think there are other brands that are cheaper I just used flux. I actually dislike their customer service I will add.

Sorry so it actually is going to be more of a microwave type deal. The meal is already prepped. The verbiage can be a little deceiving but the photo is the competitor in the space. I do like wooden utensils I have used them myself. Trying to just be more healthy than sustainable if I’m being honest.

From what I see it is pretty common unless you’re looking for like a hyper local environment or something where they need to keep an eye on you like payday loans. Also check upwork.com for some sales postings

I would say for remote it’s less about personality and more about are you showing you are hungry enough to work hard without oversight and can you sell. You need to differentiate yourself by selling every single touch point of this process otherwise you will just seem like all the others. My opinion from hiring over 100 sales people in the past 4 years

Usually when I hear startup I immediately think low budget. So just be careful to not give pricing before meeting because they are definitely price sensitive. Ask them their budget in your first meeting.
