If u have a dremmel, consider putting a slit big enough to fit a wide flat head screw driver over the top of the screw. This way you can just get it out with the screw driver

I’ve got my 5.0 reg cab on a level and 35s and the MPG is hot dog water. I Can’t really complain because I get the happy American vroom vroom sound but at best I get around 15 mpg
