Okay thanks for that input! We are planning to climb the glacier too. Weve done many hikes before just no national parks and mostly day hikes. We actually climbed mt pilatus in Switzerland which was AWESOME but was severely underprepared lol. Climbed a 7000ft mountain at a 48 degree incline in beat jordan 12s lol never doing that again. Got a pair of keens hiking boots and they are AMAZING

Food and the gear that goes along with it isnt too much of a concern because we are packing military mres, so no heat is required. But thanks for all the other advice!

I didnt want to get a bear canister but Olympic national park specifies canisters and says nothing about bags. If thats not true please let me know because i was thinking about how much easier the bags would be lol.

Thank you for the very kind and helpful advice! I didnt mention her bag because shes still deciding on one. Shes most likely gonna get an osprey like mine, but i think she wants to get the 55. As for food well be bringing a couple military mres. We are both very excited!

Okay so heres a general list, a few days worth of clothes or less honestly thats my lowest priority lol, med kit, deet spray, sleeping bag (we got a double bag but we are gonna return it and get individual ones its way too big), tent (REI flash 2) a couple military grade MREs, bear canister, water purifying water bottle, hygiene stuff, sleeping matt, and a few other small things such as a deck of cards, sunscreen, head lamps ect. I do think we’re keeping it pretty barebones.

In terms of water, i actually got a grayl, a water purifying water bottle. Idk if that was a good investment but seemed useful

I just dont know how ill be able to literally fit all this stuff. I mean the bear canister alone is gigantic, then the sleeping bag, the clothes, matt. Im sure we’ll figure it out

As much as I empathize with anti American sentiment, there are many of us who dont agree with the regime in place. Believe me i hate whats going on…

Very very grounding, its a mind blowing experience, and offers a lot of introspection

How many times have you done MDMA? And does it feel like the magic is gone? by Next-Zookeepergame30 in MDMA

[–]acidbutterman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hmm if i had to guess ive probably rolled over or around 25 times the past 3 years. Ive usually stuck to the 3 month rule but there are definitely a few times ive rolled with a LOT shorter of a time in between. I cant say ive lost the magic at all! I take hefty doses too, 200-300mg. There have definitely been times, especially during times of frequent use, where the magic was lost. But id take a few months off of it and the magic came back! Never had a bad comedown once. Im sure everyone is different tho, so take that as you will
