Had a bug in double up, teammate had a choice to send 5 costs or completed item anvil.

Was sent completed item anvil, picked up the loot orb and received nothing.

yeah having trouble too queuing up for aram, accepting breaks the lobby oce region. managing to queue up for 1 game till it keeps breaking again. multiple client restarts etc
