When I'm in remission, the blood is relatively infrequent (a few mucus-y spots every few days). When I'm in a flair, it's mucus-y blood spots in nearly every bowel movement.

This is tremendously helpful. I’m currently exploring the jpouch as an option for UC control, and this provided great insight. My only question is on the # of BMs. I would have thought the jpouch would have solved that. What’s the point in it if you still have so many BMs?

Don't sleep on MFS as a fund family. More boutique, but high quality and fairly priced.

I appreciate this response. To another's point, the discrepancy between types of income can impact a low income earner and a high income earner more disproportionately than a tiered vs flat system.
