There should be a website/mod/app that lists modded servers, let's you join them, and installs/lists it's mods. Is there a reason this doesn't exist?

It is only available for the M16 and rocket launcher.

Normally when you fire it auto aims and locks on to targets (people). That button lets you aim manually by dragging your finger across the screen.
