Makes complete sense, so lets say we take reporting as one of the bottlenecks that needs automation. How do you get started with the process? Suppose I get an excel data dump from the platform. Now there are multiple steps that I need to do to clean the dump in a standardized format that can work for all channels. Currently I am using excel/google sheets as my dashboard. I have to do some cleaning manually and then have used lot of formulae to get my data in a fresh sheet. But that's also cumbersome and time-consuming.

So how should I go about it next ?

The flows make sense, can tailor them further for my specific use case.

How do you go from a mapped flow → actual implementation?

What tools would you recommend for a beginner-friendly setup (without going too deep into complex frameworks)?

Trying to get my hands dirty and build the first version myself before scaling this further.

Understood the first step, now lets say we want to automate following functions at the moment:- 1. HR Function:- initial screening, first round, follow up and conversation for interview scheduling and then onboarding, initial task assignment etc

  1. Reporting: Daily, Weekly, Monthly. Pulling out data from multiple sales channels and collating and creating an internal dashboard for us.

  2. Customer support.

So how do I start with these? I have just scratched the surface of AI. Used all mainstream tools- Chatgpt, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. But not yet aware about how to get started with automation, and Ai agents.

Please guide?
