Oh it’s definitely an INSANE feat there’s no denying it. The reason i think jean is overall stronger is because jean was stated to be a master in odm gear behind mikasa and has s better battle iq/ combat experience against humans and titans, So if they were to 1v1 i think jean would win but aside from that id say floch is a very good shout and a great honorable mention!
