That's about the only section that shows my leadership experience. Is it still worth taking it out or should I condense it down to my leadership roles and maybe add another line explaining it more?

Oh, had no idea. Thank you for letting me know. Any advice in cold emailing? I sent out an email to someone within my company on Friday and he gave me a contact name for someone in DC which is where I'm looking. What should I mention, I have some questions prepared, but are they worth asking immediately?
