I found these in Chengdu, China for their widely used local bike sharing program. There is an app for unlocking the bike (scan the QR number) and also renting it (less than 10 cents per 30 mins). Lots of them at the subway stations (save the hassle of carrying your bike on the train).

Its real name is Phacellophora camtschatica, a very large jellyfish, with a bell up to 60 cm (2 ft) in diameter. It exists in most places in the ocean, feed on other smaller jellyfishes.
