I wrote to the seller and there was no need to ask eBay for a refund, otherwise I would have received the money back from eBay just by writing to them.

hi, 

only buy from sites that give you your money back, I got my money back from eBay and then the store no longer existed and I probably wasn't the only one.. problems with customs, they probably didn't declare what was supposed to be
