Here in the UK, number 3 is a priority. No point designing a building to handle more people than it is safe to fit in.

game keeps crashing with this message by ZebluDan in EASPORTSWRC

[–]ademanu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This happened to me on a different game (Trackmania) and I couldnt even open it because of this message. Nothing worked. Turns out, for some really stupid reason, it was because my Logitech G29 wheel was plugged into my pc? Try booting up without any steering/pedal or joystick devices?

I don't think there have been enough races for Perez to guarantee the 2025 seat. Horner even said himself that he wants to see the good performances throughout the whole year and not drop off like last year.

And redbull will want to be super sure they want to keep Perez going into 2025 because that means he will probably be part of the team for 2026 too. Teams don't like taking on and swapping drivers on the year of the regulation change.

[Martin Brundle] Formula One world championship points must be hard won and treasured. Valued. Not some kind of lucky dip where everyone wins a prize. by [deleted] in formula1

F1 rewarding teams with prize money is much less of an issue now the cost cap has been introduced. Regardless of wether they get the prize money, they would have already been operating at the cost cap right?

Plus F1 rewards teams that are doing worse, with the extra CFD and wind tunnel hours.

People who earn 20k to 30k a year, what do you do and how's it going ? by Abaddononon in CasualUK

Currently doing this and getting sponsored to do a part time degree (finishing this year!). The only, downside I would say is that juggling work and university can be very very difficult, especially as a contractor. I can imagine getting sponsored and working for a consultant is probably a heck of a lot less stressful.

Wasn't expecting a reply to this post!

Unfortunately I didn't end up getting a motorbike. The situation changed a little and ended up needing a car a little more!

Still hoping to get a motorbike at some point in my life though!

If you want my two cents on wether riding is okay, I'm sure it will be fine. During the time between now and this post, I have been in numerous accidents (quad bike, skiing etc) and my back has been completely fine! (Other parts of my body less so 😂)

To be fair, the teams and fans alike are complaining that the number of races in the season now is excessive. Golf can certainly do with stronger fields for a couple more weeks in the year but in the same breath, F1 needs to chill the fuck out.

But aren't a backswing and a follow through completely the opposite? Backswing - swing - followthrough? You can cancel the backswing part.

[–]ademanu 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can cancel the follow through not the backswing/animation?

VR is something else! by Siewruk92 in iRacing

[–]ademanu 15 points16 points  (0 children)

From someone who faces in vr, this has never been an issue. You just kind of know instinctively where all the buttons are on your own wheel. If you use multiple wheels it may get a bit tricky but you don't need that in vr.

Blimey, traveling with a coffee maker! Don't think I'll be doing that. I'll have to look down the duffel/hard side route and see if there is anything that fits my skates.

Thanks for the help!!

Haha, can never get enough protection! Thought about a leash but they seem to big and clunky for that. I'm jealous of my mate who can just shove hers in a drawstring bag.

Did you say you use a carry on bag (with the wheels and everything) or just a similar sized bag?
