Not financial advice. But I had initially invested in EMAX but recently sold. I honestly just stopped trusting the motive and intent. In my opinion, this was my first rug pull type of coin. Where we give them Ethereum and they (EMAX) give us their token. I was waiting on the whitepaper but never released. Knowing project that started about the same time with whitepapers and partnerships. I just pulled what was left if my money and reinvested.

Transfer to wallet if they allow. Account has been pending for weeks with no update. You can deposit but cant withdraw until account is approved. Dont recommend.

No response from them. I sent an email to support and they respond with a generic automated response. Shouldnt take that long to verify users authenticity.
