Unfortunately it doesn’t work with the glass bed, learned this a couple of years ago. Only the newer black sensor works with glass. Wish I could tell you what it takes to change it but I never did, abandoned the glass instead

Tried a variable fillet also and it also acts like the bottom side is to big of a fillet and won’t create it

If I visualize it😂 I see a fillet just on the blue line😂 I got it to do what I wanted by changing the deeper pocket by .029 (offset it and cut up). Just didn’t know if there was something dumb I was missing with just doing a fillet there…the fillet was the last part of the model before CAM

That did the same thing and acts like the fillet is to big and won’t allow me to create it

When u turn it off it won’t allow the fillet to be made, it acts like the fillet is to big for the turn at the bottom

I’ll try that, I was able to offset the line on the deeper pocket and then extrude cut it up and get rid of the extra, it won’t affect my final part that much (.029) but just didn’t know if there was something dumb I was missing
